Here are the arrangements for next week at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbrân:
Monday:
The digital leaders will be having an internet safety workshop with PC Thomas in the morning.
End of year reports will be sent home tonight, along with a letter stating your child's class for next year.
Tuesday:
The pupils will be spending time in their new classes this morning.
Cooking club for Miss Hughes’ class until 4:30. (£1)
Practice for the 'Llew Frenin' until 4:30.
(Main actors - those who need to stay have received a letter.)
Wednesday:
Welsh lessons for parents.
(9-11 in the school library.)
'Hawl i Holi' for year 6 pupils.
Pupils from year 7 at Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw will be coming to do a question and answer session with year 6 pupils.
** NO URDD CLUB AS IT'S THE URDD SPORTS DAY AFTER SCHOOL. **
The Urdd Sports day (Mabolgampau)
The competition will take part in Cwmbrân Stadium between 4:15 and 6pm.
Parents / Family members are more than welcome to come along and support.
Pupils to be picked up at Cwmbrân Stadium at 6pm.
The pupils should wear black sport trousers/shorts and a red top please.
The pupils competing have received a letter.
Four pupils from year 6 will be spending the day at Gwynllyw taking part in a Design and Technology competition for the National Eisteddfod.
Thursday:
Year 1 and 2 assembly.
Morning: 9:30: Parents / Guardians of year 1 pupils.
Afternoon: 2pm: Parents / Guardians of year 2 pupils.
Cycling Proficiency training for year 6 pupils tonight.
(3:30-5:00)
Swimming lesson today for Miss Griffiths’ class.
Fitness club for years 4, 5 and 6 until 4:30.
Friday:
Mrs Dalgleish's class violin concert.
09:10 in the school hall.
Year 6 hockey lesson.
The P.T.A will be selling ice cream / lolly pops on the yard after school.
50p each.
