Bike Gear Up Workshop with Halfords:

Some year 6 pupils had a bike safety workshop with Halfords this afternoon.
The purpose of the workshop was to ensure that the pupils' bikes were ready for the road.
The pupils learnt about the mechanisms of a bike. They learnt how to check for a flat tyre and how to repair a flat tyre. They also learnt how to do the M check on the bike to ensure that all sections of the bike were roadworthy.
The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the workshop.
