Numeracy across the curriculum week:
13th June 2016
Our numeracy week has started here at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbrân.
This week, the pupils will be participating in different numeracy activities based on our theme 'A journey to the Euros' where we will be following Wales' trip to the competition in France.
Today, the pupils came to school in their sports clothes and each class has been given a country to study for the week. We will be meeting back on Friday afternoon and discussing what we have learnt.
During assembly this morning, the pupils were introduced to our theme for the week by the numeracy team, Mr Bridson, Miss Osborne and Mrs Sennitt. We are thankful for all their work with the organisation of the week.
