Year 1 and 2 visit from the guide dogs:

Year 1 and 2 children had a visit from a guide dog and its trainer today.
The guide dog and its trainer were introduced to year 1 and 2 children today. The trainer spoke about the process of training the dogs and the important role they play in their owners' lives.
The children enjoyed meeting the guide dog and learning a bit about the training work the trainers do.
