Summary of Gwynllyw Meeting:
24th February 2016
Last night, a meeting was held about the bridging process between us and Gwynllyw.
A lot of information was given at the meeting and below is a summary of the main points discussed and any important dates you'll need to be aware of. I have also included a copy of the Glan-llyn letter and copies of the ordering forms too.

Important Information and Dates:
Glan-llyn:
There will be an opportunity for the pupils to visit Glan-llyn during their first week in Gwynllyw. This year, the trip is between 5-9th of September. The cost of the trip this year is £185 and this has to be paid on June 28th. (See enclosed letter.)
Music Lessons:
If your child would like to receive music lessons next year, you should contact ‘Gwent Music’ directly.
Transport:
You should receive an information pack about transport to Gwynllyw sometime during April / May.
Ordering the uniform:
You can order the school uniform and the PE kit directly through the school or by going to the ‘Rugger Bug’ shop in Ystrad Mynach.

You should think about placing an order in April / May.
Date of next meeting:
There is an important meeting at Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw on Tuesday June 28th. During this meeting, the money for Glan-llyn will have to be paid.
