The Week's Arrangements:

** Numeracy across the curriculum week**
(The pupils will be completing many numeracy tasks based on the Lions' tour to New Zealand.)

Language pattern of the week:

The use of verbs - 'Cerddais i ......' instead of 'Roeddwn i wedi cerdded ....'
(We'll be introducing the use of verbs for the third person e.g. 'Cerddodd e / hi' - He / She walked etc.)

Band of the week:

Band of the week is Mr Phormula.
We will be listening to 'Un i'r gorffennol' and 'Croeso' (gyda Band Pres Llareggub.)

Monday:

Superstars session for year 5 and 6 pupils.

Tuesday:

Pupil of the week assembly.
09:10 in the school hall.

Shakespeare practice after school.
(3:30 - 4:30.)

Cooking lesson for year 3 pupils from 3:30 - 4:30.

Wednesday:

Nursery and reception class Assembly.

Morning performance: 10 am in the school hall. (Morning nursery and Miss Thomas' class.)
Afternoon performance: 2 pm in the school hall. (Aftrnoon nursery and Miss Emery's class.)

Mindfulness Sessions for year 5 and 6 pupils.

Miss Passmore's class will be having a football training session with Newport County Football Club today. (1pm)

Welsh lessons for parents / guardians in the school library. 09:30-11:30.

Urdd Club for pupils in years 3 and 4 from 3:30 until 4:30.

Book Quiz (Cwis Lyfrau) practice for those competing. (3:30 - 4:30)

Meeting for new parents of reception children.
6pm in the school hall.

Thursday:

Vision Screening for reception children.

Swimming lesson for Miss Griffiths' class.

Cricket Tournament for year 4 pupils.
(Those taking part have received a letter - sports kit and a packed lunch please.)

Netball club for pupils in years 4, 5 and 6. (3:30 - 4:30.)

Fitness club for pupils in years 4, 5 and 6. (3:30 - 4:30)

Friday:

Miss Fauknall's class can wear their own clothes to school today as they won attendance of the month for May.

Vision Screening for reception children.

Year 3 class assembly. 9:10 in the school hall.

Year 3 pupils will be having a talk about next year's swimming lessons. (11am)

Violin lesson for Mrs Dalgleish's class. (09:10 - 10)

Clwb Hwb during lunch time for KS2 pupils.

Hockey lesson for year 6 pupils.
