The first games of the season:

On Friday afternoon, two teams from years 5 and 6 travelled up to Bryn Onnen to play two games of football. Here is a report of the games by Jack Winter and Lewis Rogers:

In the first match, the score by half time was 3-1
to Bryn Onnen. Lewis White scored the goal from in between the box and the halfway line with a clearance from Jack setting Lewis’ goal up. The result was 5-1 to Bryn Onnen.

In the second game, Louis Webber scored a goal from Iestyn Moore’s pass. There were two other goals by Iestyn Moore and Tom Walker to make the result 3-0 to Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbrân.
