Here are next week's arrangements at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbrân:
Monday:
We’ll be celebrating St. David’s Day today – the pupils can come to school dressed in their traditional costumes, rugby or football shirts etc if they wish. We will be holding a school Eisteddfod in the morning.
Urdd Club for year 2 and 3 pupils until 4:30.
Tuesday:
Football club after school for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils until 4:30.
Disco dancing practice for those competing in the Eisteddfod until 4:30.
Cooking club after school for year 6 pupils until 4:30.
Wednesday:
Wheelie Wednesday: We're encouraging the pupils to come to school by walking or by using a bike / scooter today.
Swimming lesson for Miss Williams’ year 4 pupils.
Crucial Crew for year 6 pupils this afternoon. (12:30-2:30)
Urdd Club after school for year 3 and 4 pupils until 4:30.
Netball Club after school for Key Stage 2 pupils until 4:30.
Thursday:
World Book Day: The pupils can come to school dressed as a character from a book today if they wish.
Year 5 and 6 pupils will be going to the Riverfront Theatre - own clothes / costume and a packed lunch please.
Choir practice after school for KS2 pupils until 4:30.
Friday:
Pupils in Miss Mullane's class can wear their own clothes to school today, if the wish, as they won attendance of the month for February.
Violin lesson for Miss Emery’s year 2 children.
