Here are the arrangements for next week at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbrân.

** Numeracy Week: This week's work will be based on the World Cup **

Band of the week:
Band of the week is 'Candelas'. We'll be listening to a number of songs by the band, ready for our Siarter Iaith gig in a few weeks.

Language pattern of the week:
Our language pattern for this week is 'Oes ... gyda ti?' Oes / Nac oes.

Monday:
Whole school photograph.
(Please ensure that the pupils come to school in their correct school uniform.)
Football sessions in the afternoon:
Sessions for Miss Broad and Miss Westphal's classes - the pupils will need to bring their P.E. kit to school today please.

Tuesday:

Year 6 pupils will spend the day in Gwynllyw today for a day of lessons.
(The pupils will need to wear their school uniform and bring trainers and a packed lunch please.)
Football sessions in the afternoon:
Sessions for Mr Dobson and Miss Heledd Williams' classes - the pupils will need to bring their P.E. kit to school today please.
Sewing club for year 2 pupils after school until 4:30.
Choir practice after school for year 3 - 6 pupils until 4:30.

Wednesday:

Year 4 pupils assembly - 09:30 in the school hall.
Taekwondo taster sessions all day in the school hall.
#WheelieWednesday: We're encouraging the pupils to come to school on their bikes/scooters today.
Football sessions in the afternoon:
Sessions for Miss Passmore, Mr Bridson and Mrs Haman's classes - the pupils will need to bring their P.E. kit to school today please.
A swimming coach will be coming to talk to year 3 pupils about next year's swimming lessons.
Science Club for year 4 pupils during lunch time.
Urdd club for year 5 and 6 pupils until 4:30.
Vlogging workshop for year 6 pupils with Menter Iaith until 4:30.

Thursday:

** Year 3 and 4 end of year trip to Cardiff - Cardiff Museum and New Theatre. **
(School uniform and a packed lunch please.)
No swimming lesson for Miss Williams' year 4 pupils.
Nature club during lunch time.
Kate Kerr, Torfaen's Road Safety Officer, will be holding a road safety workshop with year 6 pupils today.
Cycling proficiency lesson for year 6 pupils during school hours.
Fitness club after school until 4:30 for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils.

Friday:

Violin lessons for year 2 pupils.
Coding Club for KS2 pupils. (12:30-1)
** The P.T.A will be selling ice cream / ice lollies on the yard at the end of the day. (50p each) **
