Here are some of the things that will be happening at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbran this week:
Business and Enterprise Week:
This week, the pupils will all be working on their business ideas to sell in the Summer Fayre.
Some classes will be visiting different places of work during the week and some will be receiving visits from different businesses and companies.
Monday:
Drama Club for year 5 and 6 pupils until 4:30.
** This will be the last drama club for the year. **
Miss Griffiths' class cafe will be open for grandparents / elderly relatives today between 09:45 and 10:30.
Some pupils from Mrs Spanswick and Miss Owen's classes will be visiting SPAR today.
Tuesday:
Miss Griffiths' class will be visiting Discount Tyres today.
Miss Hughes and Miss Faulknall's classes will be visiting the fire station today.
No pupil of the week assembly.
Fitness club for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils until 4:30.
Cooking club for year 3 pupils until 4:30.
Cycling Proficiency for year 6 pupils until 4:30.
Wednesday:
Miss Griffiths' class cafe will be open for grandparents / elderly relatives today between 09:45 and 10:30.
Miss Heledd Williams' class will be visiting Tiles Ahead today.
Mr Rock and Mr Bridson's classes will be visiting Cwmbran Stadium today.
Some pupils from Mrs Spanswick and Miss Owen's classes will be visiting SPAR today.
Urdd club for year 5 and 6 pupils until 4:30.
** Reports will be sent home tonight. You will also receive a letter giving the name of your child's new class teacher. **
Thursday:
Miss Griffiths' class cafe will be open for grandparents / elderly relatives today between 09:45 and 10:30.
Miss Wena Williams' class will be visiting Pets at Home this afternoon.
Rugby training for year 4 and 5 pupils during lunch time.
Please could the pupils bring their trainers to school?
No swimming lesson today.
No choir practice.
Friday:
Miss Heledd Williams' class will be visiting Sainsbury's.
Mrs Sennitt's class will be visiting the Post Office today.
Miss Faulknall's class children will be giving a violin concert to their parents / guardians.
09:15 in the school hall.
Summer Fayre.
3:30 in front of the school.
