Here are a few things that will be happening at Ysgol Gymraeg Cwmbrân this week:
Fair Trade Week:
As it's part of the Fair trade Fortnight, the pupils will be taking part in some fair trade activities this week.
Monday:
St. David's Day.
The pupils can come to school dressed in their traditional costumes etc. Those competing in the Eisteddfod on Saturday will be performing to the rest of the school.
Tuesday:
St. David's Day lunch.
(Charged at the usual price.)
After school clubs:
Sewing club for year 3 pupils. (50p)
Fitness club for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils.
Football for year 4, 5 and 6 pupils.
(Football Factory 4-5)
Wednesday:
Urdd club for year 5 and 6 pupils until 4:30.
Thursday:
Football tournament for year 5 and 6 boys.
Choir practice after school until 4:30 as there is a concert in the Congress Theatre at 7 o'clock. (A reminder letter will be sent home tomorrow.)
Saturday:
Urdd Eisteddfod.
(A letter will be sent home with the pupils tomorrow. Some pupils won't have to take part on Saturday so please read the letter carefully.)
