In hazardous conditions the front gates will be closed to vehicles and one pathway will be cleared for all pedestrians to access the site via the small gate by the main gate. All other gates will be closed. We will also notify you via the website if there will be any delay to the school starting time
i.e the severity of the conditions may require additional time to ensure that the route into the school is safe and there are sufficient numbers if staff on site to accommodate the pupils.
The school will only be closed as a final resort following discussions between the Headteacher, County Hall and the Chair of Governors.
