Rugby game 18.11.2011:

The rugby team went to New Inn Primary school to play their first game of the year on Friday.
Here is a report on the game by one of the players:
CWMBRAN : 15
Try Scorers: Ethan Winter, Joel Manning and Cai Turner
NEW INN : 40
The beginning of the game was exciting with New Inn scoring a try early on. Cwmbrân started well and were determined to perform well. We were powerful and and were tackling hard.
In the second half, we played our very best and as Adam tackled so well, Ethan Winter scored an excellent try in the corner.
Minutes later, Cai scored another excellent try and seconds before the end of the match, Joel used all his power to break through the line of defenders so score a try, making the final score 40-15 to New Inn.
