Our Tudors Week:
6th October 2011
Next week, we're having a Tudors week in school.
The week will be full of different activities covering many different topics on the Tudors.
We will be looking closely at the family, Tudor houses, Henry VIII, school during this time and much, much more.
Here is a reminder of what will be happening in the school next week:
Monday:
We will be looking at Tudor houses.
Year 5 and 6 pupils will be taking part in a house building workshop.
They will be building a Tudor house in the school hall.
Parents are welcome to visit the school hall at the end of the day if they wish.
Tuesday:
Years 3 and 4 trip to Llancaiach Fawr.
Wednesday:
Years 5 and 6 trip to Llancaiach Fawr.
Thursday:
Tudor Art day:
(The term’s work will be leading up to this day.)
Friday:
A day in the life of the Tudors.
The pupils and staff will be dressing up as Tudors to school on this day.
