World Book Day, 2011:

The children can come to school on Thursday dressed as their favorite character from any book.

During the day, the children will be participating in different activities associated with reading. Our aim is to encourage each pupil to read and to show its importance.

Each pupil will receive a book token to spend on a book. The £1 Token can be redeemed against any book or audiobook worth £2.99 (€3.99) or more (one Book Token per transaction) or exchanged for one of the six specially produced World Book Day £1 Books, while stocks last.
